had a total roof removal and replacement. Many, (many) years ago, I was in the same business so I know something about roofs. I can say that Emilio crew's work was excellent, on time and with no shortcuts taken. I've seen other crews in the neighborhood do reroofs in a shorter time but not as thorough. Communication with Emilio was excellent and I was always kept in the loop. I had several bids for the work and they came in not the lowest but below the average bid. I have recommended them to a couple other friends, one of which chose them for a roof replacement. Their review is one of the 5 stars in this list. I couldn't help but notice the 'one star' review and out of curiosity, called Emilio for the 'other side of the story' as this seemed totally out of character from him nor anyone I've witnessed working for him. He told me of his rushing to the scene of an accident his mother was in. She ended up in his words, pretty bruised up with a fracture sternum. This possibly is what prompted the negative review. In the work he did at our house, I never witnessed any unsafe driving even in our neighborhood of 15mph speed limits.

R.E.D Construction did a great job repairing our roof. We had our roof replaced by a Roofing Company in Steamboat about 18 months earlier and they didn't complete the job which left us with a leaky roof. I contacted Emelio and the R.E.D crew fixed the previous poor job and did some additional work. They did a great job at a reasonable price on schedule. Emilio communicated with us every step of the way. I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Emilio and his crew were great! They replaced my old leaking roof. Not only did they scrape off the old shingles, they also replaced some of the sub roof that was rotten from water damage and completely re water sealed my entire roof. Also added metal in the valleys to help with drainage. R.E.D. Construction went above and beyond and stayed true to there bid. They also did a great job with their clean up after they were finished with their work. Highly recommend these guys Great communication and a job well done
We recently had our roof replaced. Getting quotes was a terrible process and we dealt with a lot of unprofessional people. Choosing R.E.D Construction was a no-brainer.They were super professional, fast and Friendly. They were great at keeping us up to date on what was going on and even alerted us to another issue with the house without pressuring us to have them fix it. I will recommend them to anyone who asks.
R.E.D. Construction is amazing. I needed my roof replaced and wanted to go with metal. I called and left a message. Within fifteen minutes I received a call back from Emilio. Emilio is easy to work with. He’s honest and patiently explains the project with options. The crew works quickly and are very professional. The area was cleaned up at the end of each day.
